We use the information we collect from you when you place an order with us to fulfil your order
and process your payment information. We will use this information to arrange for shipping and
communicating your order status. We may also use this information to communicate with you
about your order and occasionally, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us,
we may contact you with information about our products, or screen our orders for risk of fraud.
We will never share your information with any third parties or hold your information for any other
Delivery
We aim to ship products within one working day of receipt of order, unless other specified in the
product description or for bespoke orders for which a timeline will be communicated via email.
We will ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
You will be receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details so that you can track your order. We cannot guarantee to re-send items that are marked as ‘delivered’ but have not
been received personally by you, the buyer.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our products are all handmade in their respective workshops meaning that all products are
unique. We hope that you are happy in every way with your product, but if for any reason you
would like to return an item from your order, please email us within 7 days of receipt.
We will then send you instructions about how to return your order.
We kindly request that the items should be returned unused, unopened and within the original
packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. This does
not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair
and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please note that we do not refund
delivery costs.
We recommend that you return items via recorded delivery so that you have proof of sending.
Please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover your items for return. We cannot
accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for
shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
